* Our showroom seating is assigned on a first come, first seated basis, and four people are seated per table. If your party is not a multiple of four, please note that other guests may be sitting with you.
* If you prefer to be seated with another guest who has purchased tickets separately from your transaction, please arrive early; enter the showroom all together and ask the door staff to seat you together.
* In response to your feedback, we have made adjustments in our seating policies, to provide our valued customers quality service.
* There is a two-item minimum per person in our showroom. Food, drinks, and merchandise all count toward the two-item minimum, but items purchased at the bar do not.
* Please note that dinner is not included in the ticket price unless you purchase a Dinner Show Package.
* All ticket sales are final; no credits, refunds, or exchanges once purchased.
* Once you have made your reservation online, PRINT the RECEIPT/TICKET and bring it with you to the club the night of the show. To order your tickets by phone just call the box office at 937-429-5233, and you will pick up your tickets at the box office the night of the show.
* There is a $3 charge added per ticket for all tickets purchased over the web or on the day of the show, even if the guest has a pass for admission.
