* Our showroom seating is assigned on a first come, first seated basis, and four people are seated per table. If your party is not a multiple of four, please note that other guests may be sitting with you.
* If you prefer to be seated with another guest who has purchased tickets separately from your transaction, please arrive early; enter the showroom all together and ask the door staff to seat you together. (In response to your feedback, we have made adjustments in our seating policies, to provide our valued customers quality service.)
* There is a two-item minimum per person in our showroom. Food, drinks, and merchandise all count toward the two-item minimum, but items purchased at the bar do not.
* Please note that dinner is not included in the ticket price unless you purchase a Dinner Show Package.
* All ticket sales are final; no credits, refunds, or exchanges once purchased.
* Once you have made your reservation online, PRINT the RECEIPT and bring it with you to the club the night of the show, you will pick up your tickets at the Box Office. To order your tickets by phone just call the box office at 937-429-5233, and you will pick up your tickets at the Box Office the night of the show.
* There is a $3 charge added per ticket for all tickets purchased over the web or on the day of the show, even if the guest has a pass for admission.
